What is The ACT APPRoaCH?

It is a revolution in team performance development!

ACT is our proprietary approach to transforming teams, based on the lastest research on team excellence and supported by META TEAM’s Team Performance Profiler.
While most team development processes and tools tend to only focus on the inner game, we take a holistic approach to team development by focusing on both the internal and external practices of teams.

5 Reasons to go with the ACT Approach:

  • ONE 10 minute online survey,
ONE 60 minute debrief for the team leader and the team
FOUR customized 90 minute workouts that are uniquely sequenced based on your team’s requirements
ONE 10 minute survey after 90 - 180 days to measure progress

All of the above resulting in minimal downtime for your team while ensuring significant progress in development.

The program can be delivered in a virtual, hybrid, or in-person format. Allowing all types of teams to benefit from transformative team development, whether all your team members are all in one location or spread across the globe.

  • Each development journey is uniquely customized and sequenced for each team, based on your team’s archetype and survey results.
Meta Teams Team Archetypes account for the fact that e.g. a sales team has different collaboration requirements than a founders team of a start-up or an operations team. So the development journey for each of these teams will look differently.

During the development journey, we will first and foremost address areas of interference and currently prevent the team from achieving peak performance levels.
Therefore, no ACT Journey is ever the same due to the unique customization and sequencing based on team archetypes.

  • There is no other program available today that allows you to look at the inner and outer game of a team. The unique framework examines both, internal team dynamics (Trust, Resilience, Purpose, Focus) and external relationships (Taking Action, Influencing, Agility, Adapting) and includes stakeholder feedback

  • The survey questions focus on collective team practices, not individual skills, traits, behaviors or abilities. So if you are already using psychometric testing, the ACT program is a great complement, but it is an inherently different approach.

  • Re-surveying the team after 90 - 180 days will demonstrate the exact impact of the different interventions.
Most teams are amazed by the amount of progress that they have made within a short time.
That often does not come as a surprise to us, since the unique algorithm precisely identifies the areas of most interference and most "hidden" resources for productivity.
We are so confident of the positive impact that ACT will have, that re-surveying is always part of the core program so you and your team can review and celebrate your progress.

Working harder is not the solution.

That’s why we focus on identifying and removing interference in team interactions and providing a common language.
